Fina line of credit granted by a bank to an importer against which an exporter can draw a bill of exchange. After acceptance by the bank, the bill can either be sold in the market or held until maturity. -

(акцептный кредит) Инструмент финансирования реализации товаров, особенно часто применяемый во внешней торговле. Коммерческий или торговый банк предоставляет пролонгируемый кредит иностранному импортеру, платежеспособность которого не вызывает сомнения. Под акцептный кредит экспортер может выписать вексель ( bill of exchange). Будучи акцептован банком, этот вексель может быть учтен на денежном рынке (топеу market) либо сохранен до срока его погашения. -
